Choir Sing at April Wedding.
The wedding of Suzanne Meadows
and Steven Payne took place at St Mary's, Lowton, on 1st April, 2006. Suzanne is
the daughter of Bernie Meadows, bass. The choir, following its normal
tradition of singing at choristers' family weddings, gave a rousing
accompaniment to the ceremony, much to the enjoyment and appreciative comments of guests at the
wedding. The happy couple were pleased to have the 'backing' of the choir,
but politely declined choristers' well meaning offers to accompany them on their Maldives honeymoon
for evening serenades.
