A Christmas No.1?

There’s a certain irony about
creating a Christmas record on the hottest day of the year (Wednesday 19th), but that’s just
what happened this week at Frog Studios in Warrington.
The Houghton
Weavers and Wingates Band, together with a group from the Warrington Male Voice
Choir and children
from Broomfield’s Junior School, set about recording a potential No.1, with a
specially written seasonal song “What’s Christmas Without A Brass Band?”
