September Wedding

September for the choir started with the wedding of one of its members, David Knight, who sings in the bass section of the choir. Dave married Joy Hollinshead, at Padgate Methodist Church, Warrington, on Saturday 2nd, and a good turn out by the choir ensured an enjoyable musical accompaniment to the celebrations. The happy occasion also coincided with Dave's sixtieth birthday, so there was cause for a double celebration.

The weather was, unfortunately, inclement for the big day, so photographs had to be taken indoors. It was obvious to everyone there, however, that the poor weather in no way diminished the happiness of the occasion, as the photographs taken by the web administrator show.
