St Oswald's

St. Oswald's Church, Padgate Lane, Warrington, Thursday, 4th October, 2007.

Warrington Male Voice Choir has performed on several previous occasions at St Oswald's, and choristers have always admired the impressive acoustic quality of the church. This has the effect of making the choir sound like twice its size. This evening was no exception, and a very pleasant musical evening was enjoyed by all. The choir is always pleased to be able to raise funds for charity, and this evening was no exception.

Afterwards, audience and choir alike repaired to the church's social club to enjoy a first class spread. The choir very much appreciates the efforts put in by the ladies of St Oswald's in providing such top quality refreshment, and extends sincere thanks to Father Canning and the parishioners of St. Oswald's for their hospitality.
