Warrington Male Voice Choir is one of the oldest choirs in the United Kingdom, tracing its formation back to 1898.  During its long history the choir has performed in many famous concert halls and cathedrals in Great Britain, Ireland, Europe and Canada.  The choir has enjoyed success at all the principal music festivals in the North and, during the past two decades, has demonstrated its choral quality and consistency with outstanding results in national and international competition.

The choir was delighted to have its president, the Mayor of Warrington, Councillor Geoff Settle with Mayoress Mrs Jean Settle, attend choir rehearsal on Thursday, 10th September, 2015, at the Alford Hall, Warrington. The Mayor enjoyed the rehearsal and expressed his desire to repeat the visit on a future occasion.
